Common use of SEC Information Clause in Contracts

SEC Information. Except as set forth in the SEC Documents, the Company has timely filed (subject to 12b-25 filings with respect to certain periodic filings) all reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents required to be filed by it with the SEC pursuant to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act (the foregoing materials, including the exhibits thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein, being collectively referred to herein as the “SEC Documents”). The SEC Documents are available to the Purchaser via the SEC’s ▇▇▇▇▇ system.
