The Administrative Agent shall have received completed requests for information on Form UCC-11, or search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against the Borrower and its Domestic Subsidiaries in any jurisdiction in which such person maintains or maintained an office or in which any assets of such person is located, together with copies of such financing statements.
