Sealing Order Sample Clauses

A Sealing Order is a legal provision that restricts public access to certain court records or information, keeping them confidential. In practice, this clause is often used to protect sensitive information such as trade secrets, personal data, or proprietary business details that are disclosed during litigation. By preventing the disclosure of this information, a Sealing Order helps safeguard privacy and commercial interests, ensuring that sensitive material is not exposed to the public or competitors.
