Script Payment Clause Samples
The Script Payment clause defines the terms and conditions under which payments are made for scripts, such as screenplays or written works, in a contractual agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the payment schedule, including milestones like delivery, acceptance, or approval of the script, and may specify amounts or percentages due at each stage. It ensures that writers or creators are compensated fairly and predictably for their work, providing clarity and reducing disputes over payment timing and obligations.
