Screening Functional Issues. 5.3.1.1. Client shall internally address each functional issue and determine the necessity of escalating such issue to OneNeck. 5.3.1.2. At the discretion of Client, Client may require OneNeck to escalate any issue to the appropriate Software vendor and provide OneNeck with notice of such escalation via OneNeck Support Center procedures.
