SCRAS S. A.S.’ Affiliate (as defined in the BIM 44058 Agreement) designated by SCRAS S.A.S. to manufacture for NUVIOS , the Compound and Formulated Compound as defined in the BIM 44058 Agreement. NUVIOS and IPSEN wish to enter into this agreement contemplated under Section 9.1 of the BIM 44058 Agreement in relation to the manufacturing of Product for use thereof by NUVIOS as part of the Development of the Compound under the BIM 44058 Agreement.
