Common use of Scorecard Ratification Clause in Contracts

Scorecard Ratification. A proposed Monthly Scorecard will be ratified upon approval by Airline, or if Airline fails to notify Supplier of any objection within ten (10) calendar days of receipt. If Airline objects to a proposed Monthly Scorecard, it shall notify Supplier of the same, and the designated representatives of Airline and Supplier shall meet and endeavor to resolve any disagreement. If the Parties are unable to resolve their disagreement within a reasonable time, the matter will be escalated to succeedingly senior levels of their respective organizations, making best efforts to resolve the same in good faith.
