SCOPE REVIEW. The scope of the Project as specified in the Additional Terms and Conditions of the Agreement will be reviewed by the STATE and the CONSULTANT at, as a minimum, three (3) month intervals, beginning three (3) months from the date of the Agreement. The reviews shall be in the form of an exchange of letters initiated by the CONSULTANT. If any change in the scope of the Project is required the CONSULTANT will be notified by the STATE.
