Scope Option Clause Samples

Scope Option. Without limiting the generality of this Section 8.2, if Owner desires to elect to exercise a Scope Option, Owner shall, on or before the date by which Owner must exercise the Scope Option as described in Appendix C with respect to such Scope Option, submit to Contractor a Change Order in the form of Appendix F-1 with respect to such Scope Option, setting forth, as applicable, the adjustments to the Contract Price, the Milestones and the Payment Schedule, and the Baseline CPM Schedule and Key Date Schedule, as described in Appendix C. Such Change Order, which shall be signed by Owner when submitted to Contractor, shall be signed by Contractor upon receipt.
