SCOPE OFWORK. The Service Provider shall provide the following services and duties:
(a) Deliver substance use education, intervention classes, other trauma informed interventions to participants in the Lancaster County Department of Community Corrections programs. Said delivery shall be in group sessions. Each group session shall last one and one-halfhours. The specific day and time ofthe session(s) shall be agreed upon by the Service Provider and the Director of Community Corrections.
(b) Keep records of each participant's attendance and performance and notify Community Corrections, through the Community Correction's Program Managers, when a participant fails to attend the Classes as required.
(c) Communicate a participant's progress in the Classes to the Program Managers upon request or when deemed necessary. Community Corrections shall provide the Service Provider with a release from each participant which will permit the Service Provider to share information with the Program Managers and Community Corrections staff.
SCOPE OFWORK. The scope of work shall be,
2.1 Routine maintenance, pre monsoon inspection and break down works of 230/110 KV EHT Lines pertaining to GOBI Lines Sub division/ Tamilnadu Transmission Corporation Ltd., to be carried out with lead, lift, etc., Total line length of 686 Kilometers of EHT lines emanating from GOBI and Puthansanthai230KV Sub stations and other 400, 230 & 110KV Sub stations in and around Namakkal, part of Erode and Salem districts and any additional new lines that may be added in future. Optimization of operation for minimum interruption of power to the consumers.
2.2 Identification of fault location, attending the break down and replacement of defective insulators in shortest possible time any number of times as per site requirement. Carrying out special maintenance works as and whenwarranted.
SCOPE OFWORK. The service providers shall provide the following services for period of 2 years commencing from date of issue of purchase order.
2.1 Operation and maintenance of SDSC SHAR Guest House Complex located at Adyar and Pallavaram in Chennai which includes housekeeping, catering, front office, electrical and civil services with minor maintenance works in Guest House Complex. The occupancy of the Guest Houses varies on normal working days and during Launch Campaign Periods. Based on the past experience, it is found that in a year, the occupancy is around 50 % to 75% in everymonth.

SCOPE OFWORK. 1. The furniture repair work is to be carried out in the premises of the ESI Hospital, Jhilmil, Delhi – 110095
2. Only such work that cannot be done in the Office premises shall be allowed to be done outside. However, no extra charges will be payable on this account.
3. In case of any loss or damage to any item during repair within the premises of the Department or at the workshop of the firm, it shall be the liability of the firm and department may at its discretion to deduct the total cost of the item or any part thereof from the ▇▇▇▇ of the firm.
4. The firm shall use material of good quality for repair / polishing of furniture, uphoistery of sofa sets and stitching etc. The samples should be got approved by the competent authority of the Department / User officer. Any use of inferior quality will invite blacklisting of the firms besides termination of contract of firm.
5. The firm shall undertake the repair work only as directed by the concerned Dealing Hand / AD / DD. Any work undertaken otherwise shall be treated as unauthorized work and cost of such work undertaken shall not be paid by the Department.
6. The firm shall maintain job card for each work undertaken by it. The job card should be signed by the official concerned after satisfactory completion of work.
SCOPE OFWORK. This award was used as matching funds for a City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ application to Puget Sound Regional Council for design and pcnnitting funding related to the WSDOT overpass and two intersections in the SR410 interchange with ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Traffic Avenue. • Specifically as described in the City's Application, attached hereto as Attachment A.
