Scope of Licensure Sample Clauses

Scope of Licensure. The Employee will offer for sale and sell only those securities that the Employee is licensed or registered to offer. The Employee will not apply for or obtain any new licenses or registrations, or discontinue any existing licenses or registrations, without prior approval of the Company, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
