Scope of Appointment. A. Subject to the conditions and termination of provisions set forth in this Agreement, the Trust hereby appoints DST as Transfer Agent and Dividend Disbursing Agent for the Shares and for the Shares of future portfolios of the Trust (Annex A shall be revised to include such future portfolio(s)).
