Scope of application of. the collective labour agreement 1 This CAO is a collective labour agreement that applies to the employees of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ UMC and VUMC that are employed by the UMC on the basis of a civil-law employment contract, unless the provisions of this CAO wholly or partially exclude one or more categories of employees.
