SCOPE & APPLICATION. 1.1 The terms in this Appendix form part of this Agreement where the Proposal indicates that design services (“Design Services”) are being delivered as part of the Supply. 1.2 Design Services includes, but is not limited to: a. the creation of digital artwork for use by the Client in any context; b. the production of any printed materials, or physical materials created from designed work (whether designed by ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or a third party); c. the creation of any document, or virtual material of any kind from designed work (whether designed by ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or a third party).
