SCOPE & APPLICATION. This Agreement will apply to and be binding upon all Employees of the Company on the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project other than employees engaged as detailed below. This Agreement will NOT apply to: Tunnel excavation works including the operation of, commissioning or decommissioning of TBM’s; Administrative, supervisory (beyond the level of a Leading Hand) or managerial personnel, engineers, technicians, surveyors, paramedics, nursing or medical support personnel or security personnel; Persons engaged by other contractors in transportation or deliveries including but not limited to personnel, material, and/or equipment to and from the Project; Persons engaged in transportation or deliveries including, but not limited to, material and/or equipment to and from the Project including specialist vehicles to transport Pre-cast concrete products from the precast facility to site; Personnel employed by any subcontractor, specialist contractor and/or supplier; Off-site work associated with the Project performed by subcontractors; Warranty defects liability, repairs and/or maintenance work performed by or on behalf of the manufactures and/or distributors of goods, material or equipment provided to the Project; Manufacturing or fabrication of materials or supplies, including but not limited to all work performed at manufacturing facilities regardless of location such as precast concrete segments, structural steel, reinforcement cages, batch plants and any other precast products and reinforcement fabrications; Commissioning and operations of the Project; Camp operation; Work not contained within the scope of the Project; All work conducted on the Project relating to utilities.

SCOPE & APPLICATION. This Agreement will regulates wholly and exclusively the terms and conditions of employment of the employees of the Employer falling within the scope and application of the Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to surface civil and be binding upon all Employees structural works, station and insitu structures and permanent building structures within the station buildings that is occurring on a CRR TSD Project Site under the control of the Company on the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project other than employees engaged as detailed belowCBGU JV. This Agreement will NOT apply to: Tunnel excavation :
a) All works including covered by the operation of, commissioning or decommissioning of TBM’s; Administrative, supervisory CPB Contractors Pty Ltd Cross River Rail - Rail Integration and Systems (beyond RIS) Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028;
b) All work conducted on the level of a Leading HandProject relating to utilities;
c) Supervisory or managerial personnel, engineers, technicianstechnicians and surveyors;
d) Tunnelling work involving road headers, surveyorstunnel boring machines or other excavation means;
e) Tunnel and Cavern inverts;
f) Security personnel;
g) Traffic controllers;
h) Deliveries and removal of goods, paramedics, nursing or medical support personnel or security personnel; Persons engaged by other contractors in transportation or deliveries including but not limited to personnel, material, and/or material and equipment to and from the Project; Persons engaged in transportation or deliveries including, but not limited to, material and/or equipment to and from the Project including specialist vehicles to transport Pre-cast concrete products from the precast facility to site; Personnel employed by any subcontractor, specialist contractor and/or supplier; Off;
i) Work on off-site work infrastructure whether associated with the Project or not;
j) The offsite manufacturing or fabrication of goods, materials and equipment;
k) Queensland Rail employees and associates;
l) Offsite manufacturing or fabrications of material or supplies, including but not limited to all work performed by subcontractors; at manufacturing facilities such as pre-cast concrete segments, structural steel, reinforcement cages, batch plants, other precast products and reinforcement fabrications;
m) Site office/amenities/crib maintenance & servicing personnel (e.g. cleaning, waste removal, repairs);
n) Persons undertaking the installation of temporary buildings and related services; and
o) Warranty defects liability, repairs and/or maintenance work performed by or on behalf of the manufactures and/or distributors of goods, material or equipment provided to the Project; Manufacturing or fabrication of materials or supplies, including but not limited to all work performed at manufacturing facilities regardless of location such as precast concrete segments, structural steel, reinforcement cages, batch plants and any other precast products and reinforcement fabrications; Commissioning and operations of the Project; Camp operation; Work not contained within the scope of the Project; All work conducted on the Project relating to utilities..
