Scope and validity. These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) govern the conclusion, content and execution of contracts between the parties Swiss Learning Hub AG (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the company (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") for IT services. The subject of the contract is services in the field of information technology, in particular consulting and work services. Any result of the performance is referred to as the work result (work). Such services include, in particular, software development and adaptation, the conception and creation of learning content, as well as supplementary services such as maintenance or advisory support. Unless otherwise stated, offers from the Provider are valid for 30 days. The order is concluded upon acceptance of an offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). These GTCs form an integral part of all contracts for IT services between the Provider and the Customer. Any general terms and conditions of the Customer shall only apply if they have been accepted in writing by the Provider. In the event of contradictions between the terms of the contractual components, the Contract shall take precedence over the terms of these GTCs.
Scope and validity. Except as specifically agreed otherwise in writing, the Terms and Conditions set forth herein (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern any and all transactions among any “Customer” (herein so called) and Eco Wood Solutions, and affiliates (collectively, “Seller”), being engaged in the remanufacture of wood products (the “Goods”). The following Terms and Conditions, together with those contained in the body of any applicable Seller invoice, sales contract, proposal, quotation or purchase order (the “Proposal Documents” or “Proposal”) shall constitute the entire agreement for the purchase and sale of Seller's Goods. Any acceptance by Seller contained herein is made expressly conditional upon Customer's assent to these Terms and Conditions. No agreement or understanding, oral, written or otherwise, in any way purporting to modify these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless hereafter made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Seller.
Scope and validity. These General Terms and Conditions for Retainer Agreements at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (hereafter referred to as the „FHNW“) apply to all work-related contracts between FHNW and third parties in cases where the collective bargaining agreement of the FHNW is not applicable. They apply to lecturers, assessors, assistants, interns and teacher trainers (hereafter referred to generally as „Contractor“). By signing the Retainer Agreement, the Contractor accepts these General Terms and Conditions in addition to the specific agreements (such as contents, time periods and fee for the agreed upon services).
Scope and validity. 1.1. This ▇▇▇▇ governs (i) Ascom software, third party software, any kind of inter- faces or modifications (upgrade, update, patch etc.) of the aforementioned (“Software”) and (ii) all documentation, materials or other media associated with the Software (“Documentation”, together with Software “Ascom Soft- ▇▇▇▇”), distributed by or on behalf of Ascom*, wheather on a device or not, to its distributors or end customers (each a “Customer”, together with Ascom the “Parties”).
1.2. Customer is responsible to impose obligations arising out of this ▇▇▇▇ to any of its end users, such as Customer’s personnel, contractors or other persons us- ing Ascom Software.
Scope and validity. 2.1 With this agreement, the Georgian Team undertakes to provide effort in the area of software development, including mobile applications, and support as follows:
2.1.1 Browser-based Events 3D Visualisation Display application for the ATLAS experiment;
2.1.2 Browser-based Virtual Reality application for organisation of virtual tours in ATLAS Cavern;
2.1.3 Browser-based Augmented Reality application for cognition of the ATLAS detector;
2.1.4 Browser-based Augmented Reality extensions to printed posters, books and other exhibition materials;
2.1.5 Cognitive 3D gaming applications about Particle Physics.
2.2 The functionality and technical requirements of the cognitive software applications for the visualisation will be defined by the IPPOG experts and the steering group of the International Masterclasses.
2.3 All human resources will be supported and managed under the responsibility of Georgian Team.
2.4 The scope of this agreement can be changed by amending the current agreement, if both parties agree.
Scope and validity. (IATF 16949: Chapter 1.1, 4.3.2) This QAA applies to all contracts between the ▇▇▇▇ Group and its SUPPLIERS.
