SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS. The license granted herein is strictly limited to the Field of Use. Licensee shall not: (i) sell, lease, license, or otherwise transfer ownership of the Licensed Technology; (ii) use the Licensed Technology outside the Field of Use; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Licensed Technology except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; or (iv) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or legends on the Licensed Technology.
