Common use of Scope and Duration Clause in Contracts

Scope and Duration. This project is for the purpose of providing interagency support and funding for the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) to administer the PNW Interagency Crew Agreement for the benefit of all User Agencies. It is anticipated that a similar project will be in effect for subsequent years. The scope of this agreement is for all use of the contract crews under this agreement, no matter what the use is for. ODF will provide pre- and post-season coordination of contract administration, and billing for crew usage.
