Common use of Scope Activities Clause in Contracts

Scope Activities. PERFORMING PARTY shall complete Scope Activities in accordance with the North Texas Clean Diesel Project 2021 Call for Projects Guidelines and as listed in the SCOPE, except as otherwise identified in this Agreement.
