School Web Site. The Charter School Board shall publish and maintain on the school's official Web site all items required by state and federal law and Authorizer, including, but not limited to: (1) the minutes of meetings of the board of directors for at least one calendar year from the date of publication; (2) directory information for members of the board of directors, (3) names of members of committees having board-delegated authority, (4) board meeting calendar, (5) board- approved school budget, (6) School Annual Report, (7) school admissions policy including lottery process that it must use when accepting pupils by lot and early admissions requirements when applicable, (7) Authorizer name and contact information, (8) the name, mailing address, bylaws, minutes of board meetings, and names of the current board of directors of the affiliated nonprofit building corporation.

School Web Site. The board authorizes the lead person to establish and maintain a school web site. The purpose of the web site will be to inform the school educational community of programs, policies and practices. Individual schools and classes may also establish web sites that include information on the activities of that school or class. The building principal shall oversee these web sites. The lead person shall publish and disseminate guidelines on acceptable material for these web sites. The lead person shall also ensure that school and school web sites do not disclose personally identifiable information about students without prior written consent from parents/guardians. Consent shall be obtained on the form developed by the State Department of Education. “Personally identifiable information” refers to student names, photos, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and locations and times of class trips.

As the school’s website can be accessed by anyone on the internet, the school has to be very careful to safeguard the interests of its pupils and st aff. The following rules apply:  The point of contact on the website should be the school address, school e - mail and telephone number. Staff or pupils’ personal information will not be published.  Website photographs that include pupils will be selected ca refully. Written permission f rom parents or carers will be obtained before photographs of pupils are published on the school Web site (see Appendix).  Pupils' full names will not be used anywhere on the Website, particularly in association with photographs . Publishing Pupils’ I mages and Work  Written permission f rom parents or carers will be obtained before photographs of pupils are published on the school Website, in the press and for displays within school and local community. This consent form is cons idered valid for the entire period that the child attends this school unless there is a change in the child’s circumstances where consent could be an issue.  Parents/ carers may withdraw permission, in writing, at any t ime.  Photographs that include pupils wi ll be selected carefully and will not enable individual pupils to be clearly identified.  Pupils’ full names will not be used anywhere on the School Website, particularly in association with photographs.  Photographs of individual pupils will not be permi t xxx. Only pictures of groups or group activities will be used.  Xxxxx’s work can only be published by outside agencies with the permission of the pupil and parents.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.
