School Placement. The Company will work with the selected End Users to place the Product in curriculum and learning programs that ensure as broad adoption as possible. For purposes of this Agreement, “End Users” means ______________________. The ultimate placement is not the decision of the Company and cannot be guaranteed.
School Placement. While the School District takes into consideration requests for placement at a particular school and grade, the final decision on any placement is determined solely by the International Student Program, considering space availability and the appropriate program for the student. • Abide by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. • Comply with the Student Code of Conduct, School, and School District rules, policies, and Technology Access & Use Agreements. • Comply with the terms of this contract. • Must not use or possess any alcohol or drugs (zero tolerance policy) or smoke any substance including vaping. • Must not drive a motorized vehicle. • Must comply with all homestay terms set out in MLI Homestay agreement and obey host family rules while showing respect to members of the family. Also must not change homestay or custodianship arrangements without consent of the International Student Program. • Attend school every day (no unexcused absences) while being on time for every class. Any absences due to illness or injury must be reported to the school. • Maintain an acceptable academic grade point average of 60%, complete all homework/assignments, and participate in class. • Cell phones must only be used in class for translation services. • Must not travel outside of the city of Thunder Bay unless accompanied by an adult of at least 25 years of age, or as part of the International Student Program, or with special permission/consent from MLI Homestay.
