SCHOOL LIBRARIES. A. There may be flexible scheduling in any school library, as determined by the principal, librarian and faculty members in each school. B. Library-media specialists shall not teach non-library subjects (including reading skills). Library subjects shall be those related to library usage and appreciation of literature.
