SCHOOL GROUNDS Clause Samples

The SCHOOL GROUNDS clause defines the rules and expectations regarding the use and maintenance of the physical premises of a school. It typically outlines who is permitted access to the grounds, the hours during which the grounds may be used, and any restrictions on activities or behaviors while on the property. For example, it may prohibit unauthorized vehicles, require supervision for student activities, or set standards for cleanliness and safety. The core function of this clause is to ensure the safety, security, and proper use of school property, thereby protecting both the institution and its users from potential harm or misuse.
