Common use of School Elective Service Clause in Contracts

School Elective Service. The School may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to engage UPMC to provide any of the following services (“School Elective Services”) which shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement provided that UPMC receives notice of this election pursuant to Section 12 herein; provided however, the School acknowledges and agrees that the School Elected Services are not part of the Services provided hereunder and thus the School may be billed outside of the Pricing Schedule for each School Elected Services selected by the School. i. Sports Performance Training; ii. Sports Dietitian; iii. UPMC Concussion Outreach Program iv. UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program
