School Capacity. The applicable planning policy requires consideration of the adequacy of school facilities. HRCE was previously consulted on this application. HRCE has generally indicated that they will work to ensure all students in the Municipality are provided access to an education as every person between the ages of 5- 21 has the right to attend public school. Therefore, staff advise that the proposal is not premature or inappropriate by reason of the adequacy of schools.
