School Campus. “School Campus” has the meaning assigned in the Texas Administrative Code Title 19, § 97.1051(3) and includes all components of the operation of the campus, including, without limitation, the grade levels served, the courses taught, the instructional materials, staffing, budgetary allocations, scheduling, transportation, and other services and responsibilities associated with school operation.
