Scholastic. (a) Applicants for apprenticeship training shall have a minimum education to be agreed upon by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee as each case arises, but should not be less than a Grade 9 certificate or other qualifications determined by the Minister of Labour, as equivalent thereto for the following trades: - Heavy Duty Mechanic - Welder
