Scholarship Funds. 3.1 The Company will provide the Scholarship Funds to the University in the manner set out in the Schedule upon receipt of appropriate tax invoices. 3.2 The University shall pay the Scholarship Funds to the Student in accordance with its usual procedures for administering Scholarship Funds. The University shall ensure that the Scholarship Funds are used only for the carrying out of the Project.
