Client acknowledges that NC State is a non-profit, educational institution and, from time to time, publishes scholarly articles that may include aggregated and anonymous information related to the Services, adhering to accepted professional standards of anonymity and confidentiality and those obligations imposed under Section 7 of this Agreement.
