Scheme Description Clause Samples

Scheme Description. In this section, we present a CTAKA scheme without pairing. Our scheme consists of six algorithms: Setup, Partial-Private-Key-Extract, Set-Secret-Value, Set-Private-Key, Set-Public-Key and Key-Agreement.
Scheme Description. 5.1 The Orders facilitate the completion of phase 4 of the Scheme and the associated major highway works by assembling the land interests and rights necessary to complete these works. The Project Synopsis at section 2 and the evidence of ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ at section 3 describe the Scheme more fully. 5.2 Information about the phased delivery of the Regeneration Project is considered further at section 6 of this evidence. 5.3 Completion of phase 4 (including the major highway works) is fundamental to the completion of the whole Scheme as it will link the phases which are already completed or under construction into the wider area. It will also provide significant new infrastructure which is vital to the delivery of the later phases of the Scheme and the wider regeneration of the West Hendon area. 5.4 Phase 4 falls within the southern area of the Regeneration Project and will create a new sense of place through completion of the reconfigured York Park and linking phase 1 & 2 to phase 3 and the wider area. The transformation created by phase 4 supports the reintegration of the estate with the local area and provides an impetus for the overall regeneration of West Hendon. 5.5 Without the completion of all of the phases of the Scheme, the wider benefits of the comprehensive regeneration will not be realised and instead isolated pockets of redevelopment would remain within an outdated 1960’s social housing estate. The evidence of ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at section 3 demonstrates that the market alone could not assemble the land interests required to complete phase 4, and therefore compulsory purchase is the only means to complete phase 4 and enable delivery of the wider Scheme. 5.6 The extent of the land and new rights required for phase 4 and included within the Order has been a product of careful consideration by the Council, the Developer and both parties' professional teams. 5.7 Plan 23 within the Book of Plans shows the 2013 Permission boundary dashed green, phase 4 boundary edged blue, and the Orders land shaded pink (to be acquired) and shaded blue (new rights). ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ evidence at section 3 demonstrates that for the Scheme to be delivered as a whole, and as anticipated in the 2013 Permission, all interests and new rights identified in the Orders are required to facilitate its implementation.
Scheme Description. A summary description. Include details of the Scheme project elements distinguishing, if appropriate, between ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ elements for larger sub-projects.

  • Task Description This task includes activities associated with permit-required monitoring conducted in accordance with the conditions specified by state or federal regulatory agencies. All monitoring tasks must be located within or adjacent to the Project area and follow the Department’s Regional Coastal Monitoring Program and FWC's marine turtle and shorebird monitoring programs. Guidance for monitoring of nearshore resources is available in the Department's Standard Operation Procedures For Nearshore Hardbottom Monitoring Of Beach Nourishment Projects. The Local Sponsor must submit work products directly to the appropriate state or federal regulatory agencies in accordance with permit conditions to be eligible for reimbursement under this task, unless otherwise directed.

  • System Description The wet detention basin is designed to trap 80% of sediment in runoff and maintain pre-development downstream peak flows. The basin has two forebays (smaller ponds) located at the low end of two grass ▇▇▇▇▇▇. In addition to runoff conveyance, the grass ▇▇▇▇▇▇ also allow infiltration and filtering of pollutants, especially from smaller storms. The forebays are each 4 feet deep. They are connected to the main pool by 18 and 24-inch metal pipes that outlet onto a rock chute. The forebays will trap coarse sediments in runoff, such as road sands, thus reducing maintenance of the main basin. The main pool will trap the finer suspended sediment. To do this, the pond size, water level and outlet structures must be maintained as specified in this Agreement (see Figures 1, 2 and 3). The main basin receives runoff from a 67.1 acre drainage area (41.2 acres within the subdivision and 25.9 acres off- site drainage coming from the east). During high rainfall or snow melt events, the water level will temporarily rise and slowly drain down to the elevation of the control structure. The water level is controlled by a 12-inch concrete pipe extending through the berm in the northwest corner of the basin (see Figures 1 and 3). On the face of the 12- inch pipe, there is metal plate with a 3-inch drilled hole (orifice) with stone in front of it. This orifice controls the water level and causes the pond to temporarily rise during runoff events. Washed stone (1-2” diameter) is placed in front of the orifice to prevent clogging. High flows may enter the grated concrete riser or flow over the rock lined emergency spillway. “As-built” construction drawings of the basin, showing actual dimensions, elevations, outlet structures, etc. will be recorded as an addendum(s) to this agreement within 60 days after Waukesha County accepts verification of construction from the project engineer.
