Common use of Scheme Consideration Clause in Contracts

Scheme Consideration. Subject to the Scheme becoming Effective, each Scheme Shareholder will be entitled to receive the Scheme Consideration in respect of each Scheme Share held by that Scheme Shareholder at the Record Date, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the Scheme.
