Schematic design documentation. As part of the Study, House Doctor shall provide a schematic design in compliance with M.G.L. c. 7C ss. 59 and 60 and shall provide the following schematic design level documentation which shall include and incorporate Awarding Authority and User Agency comments: (a) Building Information Model with the Level of Development specified in the BIM Guidelines for Design and Construction, drawings, concept sketches, three dimensional representations, and specifications; (b) an analysis of the design’s compliance with building code;
