Scheduling Representatives Clause Samples
The Scheduling Representatives clause designates specific individuals from each party who are responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of activities or obligations under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for appointing these representatives, their authority to make scheduling decisions, and how they will communicate with each other to resolve conflicts or changes in the schedule. Its core practical function is to streamline communication and decision-making regarding scheduling, thereby reducing misunderstandings and delays.
Scheduling Representatives. Each Party shall designate by notice to the other Party its authorized representatives responsible for Scheduling. The initial authorized representatives responsible for Scheduling are set forth on Exhibit A.
Scheduling Representatives. Through written notice sent to each other pursuant to this Clause 5.10, each of Contractor and Customer shall appoint a representative to represent such Party regarding the scheduling of LNG deliveries and Gas send-out pursuant to this Agreement (each such representative a "Scheduling Representative"). All communications and notices between the Parties hereunder related to the scheduling of LNG deliveries and Gas send-out shall be through the respective Scheduling Representative of each Party.
Scheduling Representatives. (i) Fulcrum Scheduling Representative. Fulcrum shall appoint an individual (the “Fulcrum Scheduling Representative”) who shall serve as the primary Fulcrum representative under this Agreement with respect to the scheduling and acceptance of deliveries of Feedstock. The Fulcrum Scheduling Representative shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Fulcrum’s obligations under this Agreement and (ii) be authorized to act for and on behalf of Fulcrum with respect to all scheduling and operational matters relating to this Agreement. The Fulcrum Scheduling Representative may, upon notice to Supplier, delegate such of his or her responsibilities hereunder to other Fulcrum employees as the Fulcrum Scheduling Representative deems appropriate. Fulcrum may, upon notice to Supplier given in accordance with Section 10.1, appoint a new individual to serve as the Fulcrum Scheduling Representative.
