Scheduling Parameters. Day-to-day scheduling of hours of work and breaks will be the responsibility of the senior staff. Senior staff will not make decisions affecting: (a) opening and closing times of the Centre; (b) legal licensing requirements and staff/child ratio; (c) additional costs to the Centre without prior approval of the Employer.
