Scheduling of Representation Activities. Nurse representatives, grievants or appellants in Civil Service matters shall not receive pay or overtime for attendance at hearings and meetings conducted outside of their work hours. Meetings and other representation activities shall be scheduled so as to minimize staffing shortages, and other disruption and interference with work activities.
