Scheduling Flights. Lessee rights to schedule the use of the Aircraft shall at all times be subordinate to business use requirements of Operator, and Operator shall have final authority over the scheduling of the Aircraft, provided, however, that Operator will use its best efforts to provide the aircraft requested and otherwise accommodate ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s needs and to avoid conflicts in scheduling. Positioning flights to other locations, and/or repositioning flights back to the Aircraft’s base of operation shall be flights for Lessee, reimbursable under Section 3.
