Scheduling Coordinator Services Clause Samples
The Scheduling Coordinator Services clause defines the responsibilities and obligations of a party designated to manage and coordinate the scheduling of services or resources, often in the context of energy markets or project management. This clause typically outlines the coordinator's duties, such as submitting schedules, communicating with relevant authorities, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations or market rules. By clearly assigning these tasks, the clause helps prevent miscommunication, ensures efficient operation, and allocates accountability for scheduling-related activities.
