The Scheduling and Confirmation clause establishes the procedures for arranging and verifying appointments, deliveries, or services between parties. Typically, it outlines how schedules are set, the methods for confirming dates and times (such as via email or written notice), and any requirements for changes or cancellations. This clause ensures both parties are aligned on timing and logistics, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or missed commitments.
