Common use of Schedules; Knowledge Clause in Contracts

Schedules; Knowledge. Whenever in any section of this Agreement reference is made to information set forth in the CTI Schedules or Solutions Schedules such reference is to information specifically set forth in such schedules and clearly referenced to identify the section of this Agreement to which the information relates. Whenever any representation is made to the "knowledge" of any party, it shall be deemed to be a representation that such officer or director has made a reasonable investigation of such matters.
