Schedules; Knowledge. Whenever in any section of this Agreement reference is made to information set forth in the schedules provided by GEI or SAFE such reference is to information specifically set forth in such schedules and clearly marked to identify the section of this Agreement to which the information relates. Whenever any representation is made to the "knowledge" of any party, it shall be deemed to be a representation that no officer or director of such party, after reasonable investigation, has any knowledge of such matters.
