Schedules, Exhibits and Amendments. Disclosure in any Schedule of any allegations with respect to any alleged failure to perform, or breach or default of a contractual or other duty or obligation shall not be deemed an admission to any party other than a party hereto that such has in fact occurred, but shall be effective for the purposes for which such Schedule is intended as if such had in fact occurred.
