Common use of Scheduled Week Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Week. a. A flexible scheduled week for a school faculty may be established in advance but only through mutual agreement between the principal and faculty. b. Through mutual agreement, the principal may establish a flexible scheduled week for an individual teacher when such schedule is established within the parameters set forth in section B. c. A flexible scheduled week may include days with hours which vary from the standard scheduled day in VI.B.1. above but shall not be more nor less than the hours in a standard scheduled week established in VI.B.1. above. d. The flexible scheduled week for a faculty or for an individual teacher may occur within any consecutive five-day work period. e. The scheduled week for a school faculty shall be submitted to the Superintendent of Schools in writing before such schedule may be implemented.
