Each Receivable was originated on or after September 1, 1998, has a first scheduled payment that is due on or after November 1, 1998, has a final scheduled payment that is due no later than December 20, 2002, and has neither a payment that is more than 29 days overdue as of the Cutoff Date nor been charged-off by GMAC;
