SCHEDULED DAYS OFF WITHOUT LOSS OF PAY Clause Samples
The 'Scheduled Days Off Without Loss of Pay' clause guarantees employees the right to take certain predetermined days off work while still receiving their regular wages. Typically, this applies to holidays, personal days, or other designated non-working days that are outlined in an employment agreement or company policy. By ensuring that employees do not suffer a reduction in pay for these scheduled absences, the clause supports work-life balance and provides financial security, addressing the need for rest without penalizing employees financially.
