Schedule Variations. 9.3.1 For days established as minimum days for students, in-service or workshop days, or other schedule variations (excepting the days scheduled for Back-to-School Night and Open House), unit member arrival and dismissal times shall be in accordance with the regular school day, as set by the Principal in consultation with proper faculty. 9.3.2 The days after the Back-to-School Night and Open House shall be minimum days. 9.3.3 If applicable, Peninsula Alternative High School unit members and the site Principal will mutually agree on the scheduling of the three (3) minimum days associated with final exams.

Schedule Variations. Schedules established by the Employer may contain variable hours of work per day, including compressed work week schedules, which average up to thirty-six and one-quarter (36.25) hours per week over the rotation cycle of the schedule. Schedules that average up to forty (40) hours per week may be implemented by the Employer with an Employee’s regular salary adjusted according to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 11.1 (b).
Schedule Variations. (a) Based on mutual agreement between the Employer and affected Employees, regular schedules established for Employees may contain variable hours of work per day, including flexible and compressed work week schedules, up to thirty-six and one-quarter (36.25) hours per week. The Employer and affected Employees may agree to implement schedules that exceed thirty-six and one- quarter (36.25) hours in a week provided that the average weekly hours do not exceed thirty-six and one-quarter (36.25) hours over the rotation cycle of the schedule. Employee(s) will receive a minimum of two (2) consecutive days of rest during each weekly work period unless the Employer and Employee(s) reach mutual agreement on an alternate schedule for days of rest. If requested by either the Employer or the affected Employees, a Union Representative will be involved on discussions regarding schedule variations. (b) A Permanent or Term Employee with regularly scheduled hours based on consistent days of work each week and/or consistent hours of work each day will receive a minimum of thirty (30) days advance notice of changes to that schedule unless the Employee agrees to a shorter period of time.
