Common use of Schedule References Clause in Contracts

Schedule References. Any item disclosed in one Section or Schedule in the Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed to be disclosed in any other Section or Schedule in the Disclosure Schedule where such disclosure is relevant, even if there is no express cross-reference, provided that the relevance of the disclosure is clearly apparent (except for Assumed Indebtedness and Assumed Liabilities, which must appear on its own schedule (except that the Assumed Liabilities schedule may cross reference the Assumed Indebtedness schedule).
