Schedule Provision - Construction Phase Sample Clauses

It typically outlines start and completion dates, sets deadlines for specific deliverables, and may include procedures for handling delays or changes to the schedule. By clearly defining the expected timeframe and responsibilities, this clause helps ensure that all parties are aligned on project timing and provides a framework for managing progress and addressing potential delays.
