SCHEDULE PERFORMANCE Sample Clauses

The Schedule Performance clause sets out the expectations and requirements for meeting project timelines and milestones. It typically outlines the contractor's obligation to adhere to a specified schedule, details procedures for reporting progress, and may address remedies or penalties for delays. By clearly defining how performance against the schedule will be measured and managed, this clause helps ensure timely project completion and provides a framework for addressing schedule-related issues.

The Parties will work together to determine the cause of the delay and potential remedies. Remedies may include NGC or JPO timely accomplishment of Depot support responsibilities (reference Article 3, paragraph 3.1.2), Depot acceleration, and other possible alternatives or corrective actions deemed necessary to meet program requirements. In the event that the Parties mutually agree that a workload should be accomplished by another source, the Depot shall be entitled to its costs as defined in Article 14, Termination. For Core workloads, such mutual agreement is subject to the approval of the appropriate Government authority.
