Schedule of Triggers and Thresholds for Actions. 5.28.1. This section includes a listing of the triggers and thresholds for University submissions, reports, and mandated actions that are included within this Agreement. If a requirement does not appear in the schedule below, but is required elsewhere in this Agreement, the absence of the requirement in the schedule shall not relieve the University or the Town, as applicable, of the obligation to comply with that requirement. 5.28.2.
