Schedule of Mortgage Loans. The information in the Data Tape delivered to Purchaser on the Closing Date will be true and correct in all material respects as of the date specified. Seller shall maintain the Schedule of Mortgage Loans, which shall be updated as of the Closing Date. The information in the Schedule of Mortgage Loans pertaining to the Mortgage Loans and the Mortgage Servicing Rights will be true and correct in all material respects as of the date specified.
